Laptop Repair Technician

We are looking for an experienced L2 Laptop Hardware Technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and replace hardware components in laptops across all major brands, ensuring devices are restored to optimal working condition after thorough final QC checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in laptops of various brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and others.

Perform repair and replacement of hardware components such as:

Laptop Body/Casing

Displays & Display Cables

Motherboards

SSDs & RAM

Daughter Cards & other internal components

Ensure each repaired unit passes a strict final QC process before dispatch.

Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory.

Handle customer units with care, ensuring no additional damage during service.

Stay updated with the latest hardware models and repair techniques.

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in laptop hardware repairs.

Strong hands-on experience across all major brands: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and others.

Ability to diagnose problems quickly and perform high-quality repairs.

Experience in replacing laptop screens, motherboards, SSDs, RAM, and other internal components.

Knowledge of hardware testing tools and final QC processes.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a technical team.
