Lead Generation Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connecting with warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

2. Understanding their needs and guiding them toward the right Mentoria program

3. Handling follow-ups and managing conversations from first contact to registration

4. Working towards weekly and monthly conversion targets

5. Driving registrations and attendance for workshops and live sessions

6. Sharing reminders, updates, and session details with the participants

7. Supporting campaign execution with on-ground follow-ups

8. Coordinating closely with the internal team to improve lead flow and conversions

9. Maintaining basic lead and follow-up records

10. Sharing regular updates on conversions and insights from calls
