Rera Compliance Executive

RERA & Legal Drafting ExecutiveThe RERA & Legal Drafting Executive is responsible for preparing and reviewing RERA documentation, real estate agreements, and legal drafts in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of RERA norms, real estate regulations, drafting standards, society NOC procedures, and government compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review real estate agreements (Sale Deed, Agreement for Sale, MoU, Lease Deed, POA, etc.).
• Prepare and submit RERA documents, registrations, and compliance updates.
• Handle legal documentation for property matters, title papers, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate for Society NOCs, approvals, and government-related submissions.
• Ensure all drafts follow legal norms, regulatory guidelines, and accuracy.
• Maintain confidential legal files and support advocate coordination.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, real estate laws, and drafting norms.
• Experience in legal agreement drafting and property documentation.
• Understanding of society processes, government approvals, and compliance.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.
