Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and Credit Cards
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation clearly
- Generate quality leads and follow up regularly for conversion
- Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income, bank statements, etc.)
- Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and disbursement targets
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support when required
- Key Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi / English / Regional language
- Telecalling or sales experience in banking/loan process preferred
- Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
