Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products to customers. The role involves identifying prospective clients, explaining loan features, assisting with documentation, and closing sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Identify and generate leads through calls, referrals, and field visits (if required)
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options to customers
• Assist customers with loan application forms and documentation
• Follow up with clients and coordinate with credit/operations teams for loan processing
• Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity metrics
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Ability to understand financial products and customer needs
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach

• Comfortable with sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Education & ExperienceMinimum: 12th pass / High school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage
• 0–4 years of experience in loan sales, banking sales, or financial services
