🚛 Role Description – Truck Dispatcher (USA Voice Process)

Remote | Night Shift | Paid Training Provided

Are you confident on calls, good at building conversations, and experienced in international voice processes or telemarketing?

If you’ve worked in sales, done cold calling, or handled U.S. clients in a BPO, that’s the kind of experience we’re looking for. We need people who can think on their feet, handle U.S. shifts comfortably, and communicate clearly. In this role, your skills will be put to use in a professional logistics setting; supporting drivers, planning routes, and coordinating freight operations.

Compared to sales roles, this position offers more stability, better long-term income, and strong growth potential. You’ll be working closely with American truck drivers, coordinating with brokers, tracking shipments, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

🕐 Job Timings:

6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift – U.S. Hours)

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday

🧑‍💻 Work Setup: Remote (Work from Home)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with U.S.-based truck drivers

• Assign loads, plan routes, and manage delivery timelines

• Provide live driver support and resolve on-road issues

• Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and receivers

• Track shipments using dispatch software and update statuses

• Maintain accurate trip records, documents, and logs

• Handle related operations: invoicing, insurance follow-ups, paperwork, etc.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent spoken and written English (U.S. clients)

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Experience in telemarketing, international BPO, or sales (U.S. shift preferred)

• Cold calling or lead generation experience is a plus

• Must own a laptop or desktop with reliable internet

• Basic knowledge of U.S. routes, time zones, or logistics is a bonus (not required)
