🌍 Job Title: Head – ERP Project Implementation (Global Projects)

🏢 Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our Global ERP Implementation Team. This role is responsible for delivering successful ERP implementations across multiple countries, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project excellence at scale.

You will lead large, complex ERP programs across industries such as Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Global Project Leadership

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations across international markets

Manage multiple parallel projects with diverse client requirements

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

🔹 Team Management & Leadership

Lead and mentor Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Technical Teams, and Support Teams

Build a strong global implementation structure

Drive performance, accountability, and skill development

🔹 Project Governance & Delivery Excellence

Establish global implementation standards, SOPs, and best practices

Monitor project KPIs: timelines, cost, quality, scope control

Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as executive escalation point for global clients

Maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers

Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

🔹 Process & Quality Improvement

Improve implementation methodologies

Drive automation and AI adoption in project delivery

Develop reusable templates and accelerators

🔹 Financial & Commercial Oversight

Monitor project profitability and cost control

Support billing milestones and payment recovery

Ensure resource utilization efficiency

🔹 Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Finance teams

Provide feedback to product team based on implementation insights

Align delivery roadmap with business growth strategy

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

✔ Experience

12+ years in ERP implementation

5+ years in leadership or delivery head role

Experience managing multi-country ERP rollouts

✔ Domain Knowledge

ERP for Construction / EPC / Infrastructure / Real Estate preferred

Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Projects, and Operations modules

✔ Technical & Managerial Skills

Project Management expertise (PMP/Prince2 preferred)

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Risk management & escalation handling

Experience with Cloud / SaaS ERP delivery
