Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive – Business Loans to promote business loan products, source quality cases, and coordinate closely with the Credit Department to ensure smooth and timely processing of files. The candidate will work under the guidance of the Credit Manager and play a key role in driving business growth.

• Key Responsibilities Market business loan products in assigned areas
• Generate leads and bring loan proposals from customers, agents, brokers, and channel partners
• Collect complete documentation and submit files to the Credit Department
• Coordinate with the Credit Manager for smooth case processing
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and approvals
• Maintain proper records of leads and submitted cases
• Meet monthly sourcing and conversion targets
• Build strong relationships with local business owners and referral partners
• Support disbursement completion and post-sanction follow-ups
• Eligibility & Skills Experience in financial services / loan sales preferred
• Knowledge of business loans, LAP, or working capital facilities is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Field-marketing oriented and target driven
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams
• Graduate preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience)
• Compensation & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Allowance: ₹5,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 on achieving targets
