Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities (camps, stalls, events, field promotions)
- Drive local lead generation and business onboarding
- Identify and activate high-potential areas (markets, commercial hubs, societies)
- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion and closures
- Build partnerships with local vendors, associations, and influencers
- Manage field teams/promoters and ensure target achievement
- Track daily performance (leads, conversions, cost per lead)
- Gather market insights and competitor intelligence from ground activities
- Ensure strong brand visibility through offline branding & activations
