Job Description

Influencer Marketing Executive ( Scouting ) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Sourcing: Identify and source suitable male and female influencers, content creators, and models across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Creator Evaluation: Evaluate creators for brand fit based on audience relevance, engagement metrics, and content quality.

• Trend Monitoring: Track digital trends and rising creators to keep the brand aligned with current social media movements.

• Database Management: Maintain and update a well-structured influencer database with key creator details.

• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing Team for onboarding, communication, and timely execution of campaign deliverables.

• Profile Shortlisting: Share shortlisted profiles and insights to support campaign planning and decision-making. 


Influencer Marketing Executive 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing the content: Conceptualizing the content of the video explaining it to the influencer to promote brand messages through video content.

• Coordinate Video Production and Release: Work closely with influencers and creative teams to plan, produce, and release high-quality video content in line with campaign objectives.

• Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze video campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and video content strategies.

• Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure all influencer video content aligns with the brand's identity and values.

• Manage Relationships with Influencers: Maintain positive relationships with influencers and ensure clear communication and collaboration.

• Script Review and Adaptation: Review and adapt scripts to synchronize with influencer stories and emerging trends to visualize compelling stories. 


Influencer Marketing Executive (Finalization) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Finalization: Evaluate, and finalize influencers who align with the brand’s goals and specific campaign objectives.

• Contract Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation, ensuring all agreements and campaign details are clearly finalized before launch.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional, and positive relationships with influencers and creators through clear and consistent communication.

• Campaign Execution Monitoring: Track influencer activities, monitor content delivery, and ensure all campaign requirements are met on time.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.


Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, mass media or any other related field
