Job Description:The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling machine parts, wiring, and electrical and electronic components. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and experience in assembly, wiring, and fitting of electrical and electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly of Machine Parts:

   - Assemble machine parts, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

   - Ensure accurate and precise assembly of parts, following blueprints, diagrams, and instructions.

2. Wiring and Electrical Component Fitting:

   - Wire and connect electrical components, including motors, sensors, and control panels.

   - Ensure proper insulation, termination, and testing of electrical connections.

3. Electrical and Electronic Component Fitting:

   - Fit and connect electronic components, including PCBs, relays, and timers.

   - Ensure proper installation, testing, and calibration of electronic components.

4. Quality Control and Testing:

   - Inspect and test assembled machines and components to ensure quality and functionality.

   - Identify and report any defects, faults, or irregularities.

5. Maintenance and Repair:

   - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assembled machines and components.

•    - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
