Job Title: MIS Executive (Female Candidate Only)

Location: Marol, Nr. Marol-Naka Metro Station, Mumbai 59.

Working Days: Mon–Sat (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Experience: 2+ Years

Tools Required:

 Google Sheets (Compulsory)

 Google Apps Script (Compulsory)

 App Sheet (Compulsory)

 Advanced Excel (Compulsory)

 Looker Studio

 Google Workspace (Docs, Forms, Slides, Drive)

 ChatGPT Prompting

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation and Training:

 Document data management processes and create user guides for team members. Train staff on the use of Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Collaboration:

 Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide accurate reports. Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate data from different sources.

Compliance and Security:

 Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Optional :

 CorelDraw (Basic–Intermediate)

 Basic video/photo editing tools

 WhatsApp–Sheets integration tools/APIs

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory):

 Relevant certifications in data analysis, MIS, automation, or productivity platforms.
