• Batch management:

1. Attendance- Make Absenteeism Report every day and do calling for Reason of Absenteeism.

2. Lecture schedule-Communicate lectures via call, whatsapp, and app notification to each students on a daily basis.

3. Assignment- Check assignment, update status on Sakshar App & give reminder to students who has not completed assignment.

4. Test – Communicate test schedule to students, get paper checked from teachers in 3 days & share marks with student via Sakshar App.

5. Portion management – Check school wise portion with student with the help of portion template & communicate to teacher on a regular basis.

• Class management :

1. Keep classroom ready before every lecture

(marker, laptop, presenter, clean board ).

2. Maintain discipline with good class control skills in class in absence of Teacher.

• Update in classpro:

1. All the activities of Batch Management Should be updated on Class Management Software (Class Pro) on a daily basis.

• Reporting

1. Reporting of student Performance to Reporting Manager & Parents on Monthly Basis.
