Job Description

Role Overview:

Support daily office operations while assisting in vending machine management and event execution for The Nommers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vending Machine Management

  • Stock and refill Nommers vending machines (food, beverages, snacks).
  • Monitor machine functionality and promptly escalate issues.
  • Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) stocking to maintain freshness.
  • Track inventory levels and support restocking logistics.
  • Event Assistance

  • Support setup and breakdown of stalls, canopies, branding, and logistics.
  • Assist vendors and partners during on-ground events.
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and smooth functioning at event sites.
  • Provide hands-on support to The Nommers team during festivals, pop-ups, and corporate activations.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of handling F&B stock preferred.
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting, carrying, setup).
  • Flexible to travel across venues and work during events (weekends/extended hours if required).
