Job Description
Take and manage booking requests from clients
Coordinate with drivers for duty allocation, trip details, and schedules
Act as a point of contact between clients and drivers
Handle and resolve drivers’ issues related to trips, routes, payments, or operational problems
Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and timely service
Update drivers about changes in bookings or schedules
Maintain records of bookings, driver duties, and operational reports
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
