Job Description
- Book consignments, prepare bills & ensure all entries are made in the system
- Assist in unloading route vehicles as per Manifest and report discrepancy if any
- Assist in managing daily deliveries & prepare other documents related to transportation & deliveries as per the requisite format
- Attend customer complaints & resolve
- Maintaining the Warehouse
- Maintaining required documentation and files on a daily basis
- Ensure that all PODs are updated in the system with proper sign and stamp
- Assist in loading route vehicles as per manifest
- Carry out other tasks as delegated by Branch Head and Head Office
