Key Responsibilities

SCIENCE BACKGROUND CANDIDATE ONLY

Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow

• Handle documentation, records, and operational reports
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
• Follow up on operational tasks and ensure timely closure
• Assist HR/Admin/Finance teams with operational support when required
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
• Support management with operational updates and MIS
• Handle basic inventory / logistics coordination (if applicable)

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an operations or coordination role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
