Operations Manager – Dark Store Setup

DZ Fresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its HalalBox, Pizza and Wraps operations across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. We’re looking for a field-smart, energetic Onboarding Executive to build partnerships with cloud kitchens and open dark stores across the region.

The role involves identifying and finalizing partner outlets, setting up basic infrastructure (oven, microwave, freezer, etc.), managing the local workforce, and ensuring smooth inventory flow and operations for each active store.

Key Responsibilities:-

●       Identify and onboard 4 new partner outlets per month (cloud kitchens or dark stores).

●       Negotiate and finalize kitchen space within budget parameters.

●       Ensure installation and operational readiness of all kitchen equipment.

●       Conduct weekly visits to monitor performance, workforce, and inventory.

●       Coordinate with internal teams for activation, supply chain, and day-to-day operations.

●       Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
