Operations Manager – Oil & Petrochemical

Job Description:

Manage deployment and operations of technical manpower across oil, gas, and petrochemical projects. Coordinate with clients, supervise site activities, ensure safety compliance, and handle reporting, billing inputs, and team performance.

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical)
• 2–5 years experience in oil / petrochemical industry
• Experience in operations or manpower management preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Willing to travel / work at site locations

Location: Mumbai / Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deployment and utilization of technical manpower across multiple project sites
• Coordinate with clients for requirement planning, scheduling, and execution of services
• Supervise ongoing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Handle team management, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
• Prepare operational reports, MIS, billing inputs, and documentation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
