We’re looking for a detail-driven HR professional who understands payroll, compliance, and C&B inside-out.
What you’ll own:
Third-party payroll management
Gratuity & leave encashment
Full & Final settlements with statutory compliance
Training & development records
Updated organizational organogram
What you bring:
Strong hands-on experience in payroll & C&B
Working knowledge of income tax, statutory payments & labour laws
Excellent MS Excel skills (non-negotiable)
High accuracy, confidentiality & ownership mindset
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO only)
Experience: 4–7 years
