Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who knows how to turn ad budgets into measurable growth. This role is for someone who understands how ads, funnels, creatives, and numbers work together—not just someone who knows how to click buttons in Ads Manager.

You’ll manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta & Google, work closely with our creative and strategy teams, and directly impact client revenue.


🔑 Key Responsibilities


Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
  • Manage campaigns across objectives: Lead Generation, Sales, Traffic & Retargeting
  • Handle daily optimization: bidding, budgets, creatives, audiences, placements


Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Build and improve lead funnels (Instant Forms, WhatsApp Ads, Landing Pages)
  • Optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC
  • Work on A/B testing for creatives, copies, hooks, and audiences


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Pixel/Conversion APIs
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with clear insights (not just numbers)
  • Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies


Client & Team Collaboration

  • Understand client goals and align campaigns with business outcomes
  • Coordinate with content, design, and strategy teams for high-performing creatives
  • Participate in internal strategy calls and optimization reviews


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies
  • Experience with lead generation & eCommerce funnels
  • Working knowledge of Pixels, Conversion Tracking & GA
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
