💰 Key Responsibilities: Promote and generate leads for:

Personal Loans

Business Loans

CC (Cash Credit) & OD (Overdraft)

Construction Funding

Home Loans

Education Institute Loans

Mortgage Loans

Other Financial Services

ORN & TAL products (as per company offerings)

Identify potential clients through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms

Explain loan products and financial solutions to customers

Assist clients with documentation and application process

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals

Ensure timely disbursement and follow-up

Maintain customer database and MIS reports

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide post-disbursement customer support

🎯 Required Skills: Strong communication & negotiation skills

Knowledge of banking & financial products

Sales-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of loan documentation

Ability to build long-term client relationships

Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

🎓 Qualification: Any 12th pass /Any Graduate , 

Experience in Banking/Loan/Financial Sales preferred

Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply

💼 Experience: 0–3 years in Financial Services / Loan Sales / Banking

💵 Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

Shift Timing : 10:00 AM TO 6:30 PM 

Week Off : Sunday fixed off
