Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive for Personal Loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, pitching personal loan products, and converting leads into successful disbursals.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain personal loan products.

Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Loan telesales.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated approach.

Basic knowledge of loan documentation and banking process.

Comfortable working from Bhandup location.

Compensation & Benefits:
