Plant Supervisor

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization: Apply technical process knowledge to monitor, improve, and streamline chemical manufacturing operations.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and timely delivery.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain high levels of safety awareness, ensuring all processes comply with industry-specific safety standards and protocols.
• Analysis & Problem Solving: Use analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot process issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Coordination: Act as a bridge between departments, using strong communication skills to coordinate between production, safety, and management team

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• Graduation: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• Post-Graduation: M.E. / M.Tech / MBA in Industrial Engineering.

Core Skills:

• Strong Process Knowledge and Safety Awareness.
• Proficiency in Planning, Scheduling, and Analytical Problem Solving.
• Excellent Communication and Inter-departmental Coordination.
• Advanced Software Skills (ERP, CAD, or specialized Process Simulation tools).

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in the Chemical Industry is required.
• Working Hours: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
• Working Days: 6 days per week.
• Weekly Off: Friday will be off.
