Job Title :- Pre-Sales cum Closing Sales 

Industry :- Real Estate

Location :- Koparkhairane , Navi Mumbai or Mumbai

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales cum Closing Sales to handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits, explain project details, and successfully close sales. The candidate will play a key role in converting leads into bookings and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

*Pre-Sales Activities:*

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal aspects

Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients

Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM

*Closing & Sales Activities:*

Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policies

Convert site visits into bookings

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare booking forms, agreements, and coordinate with documentation team

Assist clients through the booking and payment process

*Client Relationship Management:*

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Address customer queries and concerns promptly

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from inquiry to handover

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong sales and closing abilities

Good knowledge of real estate projects and market trends

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

*Preferred Candidate Profile:*

Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales

Customer-centric approach

Self-motivated and result-driven
