Presales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller for our commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits with interested clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients for commercial projects.

• Explain project details, pricing, location, and investment benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads as per company criteria.
• Fix site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain call records and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Requirements / Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months experience in real estate telecalling (commercial preferred).

• Good communication skills in English (regional language is a plus).
• Ability to convince and handle objections.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of commercial real estate market.
• Experience in pre-sales or lead generation.
• Professional calling etiquette.
