Job Description:

JPrime Buildcon LLP is hiring a proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive to manage lead engagement and qualification through digital and offline campaigns. This role serves as the first point of contact with prospective clients and is crucial for building strong lead pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling and qualifying leads from campaigns, digital platforms, and property portals.
• Scheduling site visits and briefing prospects about project offerings.
• Maintaining and updating lead data in CRM tools.
• Following up with leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing for campaign insights and lead trends.
• Ensuring prompt and professional communication with prospective buyers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or BPO/telecalling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
