Job Description
- A Digital Eco Solvent Print Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce quality printed materials such as Vinyl, Wallpapers, banners, brochures, posters, labels, packaging, and marketing materials.
- The role requires technical knowledge of printing machines, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate digital printing machines (e.g., HP, Epson, Mimaki UV, Roland, etc.)
- Set up print jobs according to job specifications (size, color, material, finishing requirements)
- Load paper, vinyl, fabric, or other substrates into the machine
- Monitor print quality and adjust color settings as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues
- Ensure timely completion of print orders
- Maintain production logs and job records
- Follow safety and quality control procedures
- Coordinate with graphic designers and production teams
- Experience1–3 years of experience operating digital printing machines (entry-level positions may accept freshers with training)
- Experience in commercial printing, packaging, or advertising industries preferred
- Working Conditions Standing for long hours
- Handling heavy paper rolls or materials
- Exposure to ink and printing chemicals
- Fast-paced production environment
