GroValue Industries Private Limited (tradename “GroValue Loyalty”) is an Indian private company incorporated in the year 2013 and with its registered office at Mahim West, Mumbai. Founder/CEO is ex-General Manager of $300M MNC Military Aerospace AfterMarket business for EMEA.

GroValue Loyalty specializes in B2B Sales Channel Engagement, Rewards & Loyalty Program Mgmt including Sales Channel Incentive Program Design, IT Platform deployment to Channel Partners for Contest Engagement & Rewards Redemption, and Rewards Procurement / last-mile logistics pan-India. Our Solution spans clients in both Manufacturing and Services verticals. Our Clients are typically medium to large size corporations who have a complex, multi-tiered Sales Channel with the need for Sales Incentives/Contests/Rewards fulfilment to drive Channel Performance throughout the year. Our Reward vendor-partners include brands like Samsung, Bajaj/Morphy Richards, Philips, Decathlon, Amazon, Shoppers Stop, Reliance Retail, Swiss Military, Boat, JBL/Harman, etc. as well Digital Pmts Tech Stack provided by National Pmt Corporation of India.

 

Position: Procurement & Pricing Manager

 

Position Overview:

This is an exciting individual contributor position requiring an experienced Procurement professional, ideally in the Corporate Gifting industry or other distribution industries.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Procurement, Supplier Dispatch & Pricing

o  Reviewing past 12 months Stock Purchases and finalizing optimum supplier / identifying alternate Suppliers to create a list of SKU vs Priority Suppliers for future tactical purchases.

o  Managing life cycle of incoming RFQs from Clients from RFQ receipt to Quote submission.

o  Negotiating L1 quote from Supplier List, ensuring Supplier Ts & Cs match our requirement.

o  Coordinating with Logistics Focal for Courier Cost estimate to support Client RFQs.

o  Updating Pricing Sheet with Input Costs and Target Markup + Getting internal approvals.

o  Updating Client Portal / Email with our best price & related Ts & Cs within RFQ deadline.

o  Following up with Clients to extract PO against quotes submitted.

o  Ensuring that Suppliers provide Tax Invoice + ensuring that Invoice SKU/Qty/Price matches our PO to Supplier + Ensuring that Physical Goods recd (SKU/Qty) match Supplier Tax Invoice.

o  Ensuring that Suppliers dispatch product on time. Coordinating internally for Supplier payment.

o  Handling damaged/excess Stock return to Suppliers with related CNs / Invoice corrections.

o  Supporting Logistics focal with monthly Stock Count & Stock Audit on site.

o  Responsible for tracking Packaging Material + placing replenishment Orders with Suppliers

o  Any other responsibilities as decided by management.

·        Administration

o  Prepare / Update the SOP documents for Procurement & Ops / Logistics at regular intervals

o  Ensure that relevant Infrastructure AMCs (ACs, Pest Control, Laptops, etc) are in place and renewed in time with best pricing.

o  Evaluating new asset purchase OR new Ops Model financials eg 3rd Party Logistics Vendor

o  Contribute towards day-to-day admin & logistic activities as and where needed.  

 

Qualifications, Skills, Experiences & Behaviors :

·        Bachelors Degree with 2+ years in Operations / Procurement / Vendor Mgmt / Pricing

·        Analytical mindset and ability to do basic cost-benefit analysis

·        Attention to detail and accurate capture of cost data / Excel output

·        Comfort with Excel

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maximize team / vendor efficiency

·        Ability to work independently

·        Adaptability and learning ability of new and required skills

·        Good time management and planning & execution skills

·        Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure smooth account and admin operations

·        Expected high level of honesty and ethical conduct

·        Good team player – ability to lead by example and influence rest of the staff to deliver best behaviors and performance across a team of cross-functional seniors / peers
