Production Executive

🔹 Job Summary:

The Cosmetic Production executive is responsible for manufacturing cosmetic products according to approved formulas, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves operating production equipment, mixing raw materials, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring products meet company quality requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix raw materials according to approved formulations.
• Operate and monitor production machinery (mixers, filling machines, labeling machines).
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and work areas.
• Perform in-process quality checks during production.
• Record batch production data accurately.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
• Assist in packaging and labeling finished products when required.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished goods.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education:High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Chemical/Cosmetic Technology is an advantage).
• Experience:1–3 years of experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working with mixing, filling, or packaging machines.
• Skills:Basic knowledge of cosmetic production processes.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to follow written formulations and SOPs.
• Attention to detail and teamwork skills.

🔹 Working Conditions:

• Factory/production environment.
• May require standing for long hours.
• Use of protective clothing (gloves, masks, hairnets).
