Job Description: Project Coordinator

Location: Office-Based (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the CRM and Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination.
2. Follow up with supervisors, subcontractors, and erectors for project updates.
3. Maintain project documentation, reports, and data entry tasks.
4. Track material deliveries, work progress, and site requirements.
5. Coordinate and communicate between different teams to keep projects on track.
6. Identify delays or issues and escalate them to senior management.
7. Support CRM in client follow-ups and coordination for smooth execution.
8. Handle other miscellaneous tasks related to project management.

Skills Required:

1. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
2. Good communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
3. Organized with attention to detail for documentation and data management.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
5. Proactive mindset with the ability to solve minor issues independently.
6. Willingness to travel for site coordination if required.
