Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. A significant responsibility will be defining project scope, creating clear and concise project documentation, and aligning the project’s objectives with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define Project Scope and Objectives: Work with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into a well-defined project scope, including deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Develop and Manage Project Plans: Create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets, and adjust as needed to accommodate changes.

Lead Project Execution: Manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure project milestones are met.

Allocate Resources and Monitor Progress: Allocate resources effectively to meet project needs, monitor progress, and make adjustments to ensure project remains on track.

Identify and Manage Risks: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Ensure Quality Standards: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet the organization’s quality standards and are completed within the defined scope.

Track and Report on Project Performance: Use project management tools to track progress, and prepare reports on project performance, budget status, and timeline adherence.

Ability to take the scope from users, write understanding document, create BRDs.

 Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: MBA Finance, MBA Operations or Equivalent

Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role; experience in writing and defining project scope is a must.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools).

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear and concise project documentation and scope statements.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to anticipate issues and develop practical solutions.

Proficiency in MS Office
