Project Manager – QSR Expansion (Pan India)

Location: Pan India | Extensive Travel Required

Experience: 6–10 Years | Multi-Unit Retail / F&B Expansion

As part of our strategic national expansion, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager – QSR to lead end-to-end development of new restaurant outlets across India.

This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering projects aligned with brand standards, operational excellence, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complete lifecycle of QSR outlet development (site readiness to launch)

Drive project governance, timelines, budgets, and quality controls

Oversee architects, consultants, contractors, and kitchen vendors

Ensure compliance with all statutory approvals (FSSAI, Fire, Municipal, etc.)

Manage multi-location rollouts with strong execution discipline

Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance & Leadership teams

Candidate Profile:

6+ years of experience in QSR / Retail / F&B project execution

Proven track record in multi-city outlet rollouts

Strong commercial acumen and cost optimization capability

Excellent stakeholder management & leadership skills

Background in Engineering / Architecture / Construction preferred
