Project Manager

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring NGO projects to ensure timely delivery, effective use of resources, and achievement of project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor assigned projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, field staff, and external stakeholders
• Ensure project activities are completed as per timelines and budgets
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and updates for management and donors
• Monitor project impact and ensure compliance with NGO guidelines and policies
• Manage risks and resolve project-related issues
• Support fundraising and reporting requirements when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MSW / Project Management / relevant field preferred)
• Experience in NGO or social sector projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse teams
• Knowledge of reporting, documentation, and compliance
