Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requirements
• Float quotation enquiries to vendors and collect quotations
• Compare quotations and negotiate for best pricing and discounts
• Follow up with vendors for quotation revisions and finalization
• Coordinate with vendors after PO placement for timely delivery updates
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials as per requirements
• Collect and maintain test certificates and warranty certificates for all purchased materials
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase records and vendor details
• Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of procurement/purchase process
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic level required)
• Ability to follow up and coordinate effectively
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Eligibility:

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of vendor management
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
