Purchase Executive

Myco Group is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Earthing & Cabling Accessories since 1961, we have pioneered innovation in the Earthing & Grounding industry with a strong global presence across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia, the USA, and beyond.

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective purchase plans in alignment with production requirements and project timelines.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, components, and services, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to secure cost advantages and long-term supplier relationships.
• Conduct purchase planning and analysis to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and reduce procurement costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain updated records of suppliers, materials, and pricing.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Track market trends, new products, and potential suppliers to enhance supply chain competitiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO/IEC standards, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with proven ability to achieve favorable procurement terms.
• Expertise in purchase planning, cost analysis, and vendor evaluation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Zoho or equivalent), and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing within the manufacturing or industrial sector (electrical/engineering industry preferred).
• Knowledge of metals, electrical components, or industrial raw materials will be an added advantage.
