Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Control & Vendor Coordination Executive to oversee quality inspections of raw materials before dispatch and maintain strong relationships with our vendors. This role involves both office coordination and fieldwork.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of raw materials prior to dispatch.
• Verify material specifications, dimensions, grades, and quantities as per purchase/sales orders.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding material readiness, quality compliance, and dispatch schedules.
• Visit vendor locations, warehouses, and job work facilities for inspection and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports and quality records.
• Ensure timely communication between vendors and internal team.
• Resolve quality discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support dispatch team in ensuring smooth and error-free material movement.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Industrial background).
• Experience in metals or steel industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of material grades, dimensions, and testing standards.
• Good communication and vendor management skills.
• Must know how to ride an Activa (two-wheeler) — field visits are mandatory.
• Valid driving license required.
• Honest, disciplined, and detail-focused personality.

CompensationSalary: As per experience
