Real Estate Branch Manager / Team Leader

Roles and Responsinilities

Generate business through cold calling, data calling, and lead follow-ups.

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers.

Handle cold calling, lead follow-ups, and client meetings.

Conduct and support site visits in Thane West (Kolshet Road).

Coordinate with builders/developers for inventory and pricing.

Assist in deal negotiations and closures.

Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

Conduct daily/weekly reviews and sales meetings.

Maintain CRM updates, MIS, and team reporting.

Ensure smooth client coordination till booking completion.

Responsible for payment collection.

Reporting & Reviews

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Review team performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline status.

Share market feedback and client requirements with management.

Ensure accurate reporting of site visits, bookings, and revenue.

Client Relationship Management

Provide a high level of customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure smooth coordination between clients, builders, and internal teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value transactions.

Knowledge of Thane West real estate market, especially Kolshet Road.

Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting formats
