Position : Luxury Property Sales Agent
CTC : 6 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs Per Annum
City : Santacruz East, Mumbai.
Role Overview :
A Luxury Sales Agent in Real Estate specializes in buying and selling high-end properties, catering to affluent clients who seek premium homes, estates, or investment properties.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsibilities :
Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
Property Sales: Market and sell luxury homes, penthouses, waterfront estates, and exclusive properties.
Networking: Work with high-profile clients, real estate developers, architects, and interior designers.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, pricing, and demand in prime locations.
Negotiation & Closing: Secure profitable deals and ensure seamless transactions.
2. Key Skills & Qualifications :
Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury neighbourhoods and property values.
Networking Ability: Connections with elite buyers, sellers, and industry professionals.
Marketing Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and high-end branding.
Discretion & Trust: Ability to handle confidential, high-value transactions with professionalism.
Licensing & Certifications: Real estate license (required in most regions), and additional certifications in luxury real estate (e.g., Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist - CLHMS).
- Income & Commission :
Luxury agents often work on a commission-based income structure, earning a percentage of the property sale. Since luxury homes are high-value, commissions can be significantly higher than standard real estate transactions.
4. Marketing & Lead Generation :
Exclusive Listings: Represent high-end properties in prime locations.
Luxury Branding: Use professional photography, virtual tours, and premium listings on platforms like Sotheby’s, Christie’s, and The Wall Street Journal.
VIP Events: Host private showings, gala events, and networking meetups.
Social Media & Digital Ads: Showcase properties via Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with high-quality content.
5. Career Growth & Opportunities
Work independently or with prestigious brokerages (e.g., Sotheby’s, Compass, and Keller Williams Luxury).
Expand into global markets, selling properties in elite destinations like Beverly Hills, Dubai, Monaco, and the Hamptons.
