🚀 About the Role: We’re looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our veterinary hospital.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients professionally and warmly
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and client follow-ups
• Handle phone calls, messages, and email inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient and client records
• Coordinate with the veterinary and operations teams to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Manage billing and front-desk cash handling when required

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a front-office role (hospital, clinic, or service-based setup preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic computer operations and Excel
• Polite, organized, and proactive with strong attention to detail
