Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a ly and professional manner
• Fluent English- Writing, Reading, Speaking
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or dement
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Answer and screen incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Forward calls to the appropriate staff members
• Take messages and relay them accurately
• Register visitors and issue visitor badges as required
• Provide information about the organization, its products, and services
• Assist visitors with inquiries and guide them appropriately
• Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain and update contact lists
