Responsibilities:-

-To Post jobs on job portal, linked-in and Facebook, Whatsapp groups & Whatsapp Channel.

-To add all the candidates in relevant whatsapp groups.

-Screening of the candidates-To Contact at least 50 candidates over whatsapp and to make cold calls to candidates.

-To share at least 10 Profiles per day for the jobs assigned to you.

-To have the regular follow ups with the candidates for interviews, face to face rounds and for joining.

- Minimum Fixed Salary-7,000 (0-2 Joining’s) or 12,000/-(3 -5 Joining’s) or 15,000 (6 to 8) or 20,000 (9 to 12) or 25000 (13 to 18 Joinings) .If there is more than 12 Joining’s per month then we will pay incentives per joining’s. These joining’s will be for BPOs Sector where joining is fast and quick. We have more than 15 clients only in Delhi ncr and have good sources of data. Anyone who can give 7 to 8 hours in a day can achieve these targets.
