Role Description

This is a part time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern located in Mumbai. The Recruiting Intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles in the organization. Daily tasks will include sourcing candidates through job portals, coordinating interviews, participating in candidate assessments, and supporting the onboarding and training processes. The intern will also collaborate with HR teams to maintain efficient recruitment operations while ensuring excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

Experience or interest in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes

Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and teams

Ability to support and conduct Training sessions as part of the recruitment cycle

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage recruitment activities efficiently

Proactiveness and willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment
