- Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring as required.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.
- Advise managers on market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor recruitment team members.
- Set hiring targets and track performance metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews and training sessions.
- Employer Branding
- Strengthen company presence across job portals and social platforms.
- Develop campus hiring programs and internship pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and agencies.
- Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and legal compliance.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports.
- Optimize recruitment workflows and ATS systems.
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure smooth and professional candidate journey.
- Maintain strong communication with shortlisted candidates.
- Improve offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
- Data & Analytics
- Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and attrition trends.
