Key Responsibilities

- Partner with sales, operations, and client services to translate client requirements into effective sourcing and selection processes.
- Optimize end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, job design, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates; implement proactive sourcing strategies (e.g., talent communities, employer branding, referrals, campus partnerships).
- Introduce and manage modern recruitment technologies and analytics: ATS, CRM, recruitment marketing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and best practices; uphold diverse and inclusive hiring standards.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., recruiting agencies, background check providers) and cost per hire.
- Monitor and optimize recruiter performance, interview-to-offer ratios, time-to-fill, and quality of hire; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage the recruitment budget; forecast hiring needs and resource allocation.
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and client meetings as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 8–12+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role within staffing, professional services, or a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment functions, building teams, and delivering measurable improvements in time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., [ATS name]), recruitment CRM, sourcing tools, and HR analytics.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills; ability to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, diversity and inclusion, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Previous experience in staffing or MSP/VMS environments is a plus.
