Salary: Up to ₹1,50,000/month + Variable Pay + Mobile + Conveyance

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Mumbai branch. The role involves managing a sales & technical team, driving profitability, and selling cutting-edge data security and backup solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Mumbai branch with full sales ownership.
• Build & mentor a strong sales and technical team.
• Acquire and close deals in SMB & Enterprise segments.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and internal teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of selling cybersecurity or backup solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai.
• Strong knowledge of IT Security & Backup technologies (Endpoint, Network, DLP, NGFW, Backup, MDM, etc.).
• Team management experience of at least 3 years.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.
• Must be based in Mumbai.
