Job Description
Job Role: Relationship Manager
Position Overview: The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client
relationships, providing personalized financial advice, and acting as the liaison between
clients and banks. This role involves client handling, financial analysis, and coordination with
bank managers to ensure smooth loan disbursements and adherence to banking guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and other clients after receiving
leads.
Conduct phone calls and, when necessary, arrange in-person meetings at the office for
deeper understanding.
Maintain detailed client information using MIS (Management Information System).
Analyze clients' financial profiles to provide personalized advice.
Offer clients the best financial instruments and services based on their individual
needs and financial goals
Stay informed about the company's financial products and services to advise clients
effectively.
Address and resolve any client escalations or concerns in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and other financial advisors from the 11+ partner
banks to ensure seamless service for clients.
Keep track of daily tasks and update all activities in the company’s CRM system.
Safeguard and maintain clients' financial documents throughout the process.
Stay informed of changes in RBI and banking guidelines by regularly reviewing bank
news portals.
Maintain communication with both clients and bankers, ensuring smooth loan
disbursement and payment processing.
Keep updated on the latest banking norms and policies to provide accurate
information to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster new ones to build longterm business connections.
Address client queries and resolve any doubts regarding financial products and loan
processes.
Monitor the progress of clients' loan applications and ensure timely updates on their
status.
Serve as a representative of multiple banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies
(NBFCs) and communicate their policies to clients.
Act as the main point of contact, facilitating communication between clients and
banks to ensure smooth financial transactions.
