Job Description

The Realtors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Mumbai branch. The candidate will be responsible for generating & handling leads, consulting clients on property investments, conducting site visits, and closing property deals. The role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and builders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Handling

  • Generate leads through cold calling, references, and digital platforms.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from potential buyers and investors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.

2. Property Consultation

  • Provide professional consultation to clients regarding residential and commercial properties.
  • Explain project details including pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
  • Guide clients through the entire property buying process.

3. Site Visits & Property Presentation

  • Schedule and conduct site visits for clients.
  • Present property features, amenities, and location advantages.
  • Coordinate with builders and project sales teams during site visits.

4. Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing and terms between clients and builders.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into sales.
  • Ensure timely closure of property deals and booking formalities.

5. Builder & Channel Partner Coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with builders and project representatives.
  • Stay updated with new project launches, offers, and inventory.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.
  • Ensure proper documentation during booking and deal closure.

7. Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion ratio.
