Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager (Female candidates only) with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably from the financial industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Understand client financial needs and offer suitable financial products and solutions
• Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Achieve assigned revenue and relationship targets
• Handle client queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or NBFC is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
