Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (Banking / NBFC / HFC)The Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing home loan business in line with the organization’s policies and regulatory guidelines. The role focuses on driving home loan and allied product sales through direct sourcing, channel partners, and referral networks while achieving assigned business targets.

The incumbent handles the complete loan lifecycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, product presentation, document collection, login, coordination with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely sanction and disbursement of loans. Ensuring accuracy in documentation, adherence to KYC and compliance norms, and maintaining process discipline are key aspects of the role.

The Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, real estate developers, DSAs, builders, and other sourcing partners to generate sustainable business volumes. The role also involves regular follow-ups, portfolio monitoring, and providing post-disbursement support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
